Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to handle high-volume calls, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Teams. The position offers hybrid flexibility after successful training and performance evaluation.

ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service, including professional phone etiquette and handling difficult customers and trapped elevator passengers.Demonstrate strong familiarity with Microsoft Office/Teams and significant Windows utilization.Maintain attention to detail and follow standard processes and procedures.Meet department performance metrics such as number of calls per hour, log-in/log-out times, and quality monitoring.Adhere to assigned work schedules, including shift hours and days off.Work regularly scheduled weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.Ensure regular attendance and the ability to start assigned shifts on time.Work well in a call center and team environment, understanding and accommodating shift work requirements, including evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.Essential SkillsStrong familiarity with Microsoft Office and Teams.Excellent customer service skills.Professional phone etiquette.Excellent communication skills, including speaking, listening, and documenting.Attention to detail and ability to follow standard processes and procedures.Ability to meet performance metrics.Punctuality and adherence to assigned work schedules.Ability to work well in a call center and team environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsCall center experience is preferred.Work Environment

The work environment includes a hybrid schedule with some days required in the office and others remote, based on successful training and performance. The position involves shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Weekend schedules will be discussed during interviews, with a rotating schedule typically every three months for 1st shift and more frequent weekends for 2nd shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
