**Job Title:** Part-Time Administrative Coordinator
**Location:** Pooler, GA
**Pay Range:** $20 per hour
**What’s the Job?**
1. Provide administrative support to the Corporate Human Resources team at the assigned work location.
2. Assist managers with associate communications, scheduling training, and tracking training hours.
3. Coordinate recruitment and onboarding tasks, including background checks, offer letters, and new hire orientation.
4. Support benefits enrollment, payroll processing, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
5. Maintain employee records, track compliance requirements, and act as a liaison between employees, supervisors, and corporate HR.
**What’s Needed?**
1. High School Diploma/GED required; minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn new software.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
5. HR administrative experience, including recruitment, benefits, payroll, and compliance.
