Job Title: Administrative Coordinator – Driving Training

Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for Driving Training to join our team. This role involves collaborating with fleet personnel to identify staff in need of training, scheduling and coordinating training sessions, and tracking training progress. This position is expected to last through November 2025.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with fleet personnel to identify US & Canadian staff who require driver training, both online and in-person.Work with US & Canadian Sales leadership to schedule in-person training sessions and coordinate delivery with the fleet team.Develop and maintain a tracking system (manual spreadsheet or software) to monitor training status for all US & Canadian staff.Ensure new employees requiring training are incorporated into the process.Handle paperwork and tracking related to training.Essential SkillsProficiency in spreadsheetsMicrosoft Office SuiteMinimum of 1 year of experience in administrative coordination or a similar roleStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related fieldExperience with training coordination is a plusData entryAdministrative supportTraining materialsHuman resourcesCustomer serviceHR supportLogisticsHR administrationProject coordinationWork Environment

This is a US Remote position open to any time zone. The role requires full-time commitment. Flexibility is necessary as the workload may increase with additional hires anticipated in 2026. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with adapting to changing work demands.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
