The Administrative Coordinator supports the Emergency Department at JH Howard County Medical Center. Responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of tasks including but not limited to: Provide primary administrative support to the Director of the ED to include scheduling meetings, reserving rooms, sending out calendar invitations, Kronos timekeeping, ordering supplies and other administrative tasks to support team. Handles invoices and purchase orders for the department utilizing SAP.

Work Location: JH Howard County Medical Center

Full time Days, 8am-4:30pm

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School diploma required, Associates/Bachelors preferred, Proficient Microsoft Office Suite, 5 years experience required.

Salary Range: Minimum 19.92 per hour - Maximum 32.89 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
