Administrative Coordinator - Insurance Operations

Marsh is seeking candidates for an Administrative Coordinator - Insurance Operations (HYBRID) position in Chicago, IL or Atlanta, GA

Utilizing Marsh Wrap-Up technologies, you will be responsible for accurate data input, insurer claims data, insurer audit systems, wrap-up Project Insurance Manual, and basic contractor insurance pricing

We will count on you to:

Maximize the success of Marsh by optimizing the satisfaction of enrolled contractors and improving NOI by maintaining productivity standards

Process all WU forms and supporting correspondence including Notice of Award, Insurance Premium Worksheet, Enrollment, Certificate of Insurance, Policy Issuance, Payroll Reporting, and Notice of Completion

Perform initial analysis of contractor insurance credits, escalating to WUPM as necessary for complicated programs or deviations from expected values

Follow up on delinquent and missing information from contractors

Enter information into Marsh WU technology (MWrap)

Issue and deliver standard reports to client, enrolled contractors, and insurer as required

Address client and contractor questions and concerns, escalating to WUPM as necessary

Prepare, organize and distribute reports for stewardship and claims review meetings

What you need to have: 

High school diploma or equivalent

Must obtain P&C License within 90 days of hire

1+ years of professional work experience/internship

Computer Savvy, including MS Office (Word, Excel)

Property & Casualty License

Bachelor’s degree

Construction or previous experience in wrap-ups
