Aspirus Wausau Corporate Office in Wausau, WI is seeking a Administrative Fellow to join our team!
The Fellowship Program at Aspirus is designed to help educate the next generation of Aspirus’ healthcare leaders. The one-year program provides the fellow in-depth exposure to a broad range of management/administrative issues and one-on-one interaction with senior-level leadership. Fellows participate in a well-rounded experience at our fully integrated health delivery network, inclusive of Aspirus Arise and Aspirus Network (clinically integrated network). Through both self-directed activities as well as a planned experiential curriculum, all focused on project-based work.
HOURS: Full Time or 1.00 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks
Experience/Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be in their final year of an accredited graduate program. A Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field is required upon start.Bachelor’s Degree required.Prior work experience in healthcare, including internships, and demonstration of leadership through community involvement or professional associations is preferred.Employee Benefits
Aspirus Wausau Hospital is the flagship of the Aspirus system that serves patients in 14 counties across northern and central Wisconsin, as well as the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
