Administrative Fellow - Administration WAMT Department

Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Administrative Fellow will work with key administrative personnel in order to gain exposure to the management of Providence WA/MT Region, its relationship within Providence St Joseph Health (PSJH), as well as within the broader healthcare landscape. The Fellow will be assigned to select projects related to the business and operations of the WA/MT Region. The Fellow will work directly with the COO, who will serve as the primary preceptor and will provide guidance and feedback on projects and opportunities. The Fellow and the COO will assess potential projects and collectively select which ones the Fellow will work on, keeping in mind both the interests of the Fellow and the needs of the region.

Required Qualifications: 

Master's Degree in Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Health Care Administration, Management, Public Health, Public Policy Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.  1 year of exposure to designing, managing and effectively leading organizational change initiatives 1 year of exposure to data collection, analysis, and providing written reports, proposals incorporating findings
