Our client, a global private markets investment firm, is seeking a Temp to Perm Administrative Floater to support their Midtown Manhattan office. The hours are from 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday, with a hybrid 4 day in office, 1 day WFH schedule after the training period.

Responsibilities:

Provide coverage for receptionists and administrative assistantsProcess and submit expense reportsBook international and domestic travel (cars, flights, hotels)Manage Outlook calendars and schedule across multiple time zonesPerform light data entry, greet clients and provide beveragesAssist with ad hoc administrative tasks

Qualifications:

1+ years of related experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Acrobat and ConcurExtremely professional and team orientedExcellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication

Compensation/Benefits:
