Responsibilities:
Assist with Administrative tasks, including: Assist with general office duties, including copying, filing, scanning, and organizing documents. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper distribution to relevant departments. Maintain and update company records and filing systems, both physical and digital. Answer phone calls and respond to emails. Help manage office supplies inventory and assist with ordering when necessary. Perform any other administrative tasks or projects as assigned by supervisors. Assist with Accounting and Human Resources tasks, including: Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoices, accounts payable, and billings. Help with HR-related activities, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and assisting with company events and communications. Learn and support various tasks within accounting, HR, and administrative functions to gain exposure to business operations.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience in administrative and accounting tasks is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated team-oriented behavior.
