Department/Unit: EHR Work Shift: Day (United States of America) This position will support the EPIC implementation work. The position is responsible for migrating historical patient data to the new electronic health record. Clinical background is required given the responsibility of abstracting unstructured data such as assessment into the new electronic health record as well ensuring accuracy and validation of the data.
