Administrative/Interview Scheduler

We are seeking an Administrative/Interview Scheduler for a growing pharmaceutical organization in Miramar, FL!
Description:
+ Coordinating interviews, both virtual and onsite. You'll be working with multiple stakeholders, locations, and making sure everything is well organized and smooth for all involved.
+ Drafting offer letters through our Paycom ATS.
+ Maintaining recruitment reports and data. We want to make sure reports are accurate when telling the story about Recruitment.
+ Posting job opportunities for on job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ 1+ year of experience in the administrative or scheduling space, ideally, supporting a HR or Recruiting team
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and candidates
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Paycom is a plus) is preferred, but not required
