**Day to day responsibilities:**
• Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Follow up with carriers to coordinate logistics
• Process freight invoices accurately and promptly
• Monitor shipment updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Provide solutions to basic technical and business-related challenges
**Qualifications to be considered:**
• Prior administrative experience is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; experience with SAP is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
• Previous experience in logistics is helpful but not required
