We are seeking an Administrative Program Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day operations and support advising leadership. This position is supervised by the Student Success Hub Director of Advising. The Student Success Hub is leading the university in proactive advising and student success efforts and we need an operations manager that can move between projects seamlessly and with enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, and dependable. This position will be an essential point-person and administrator for the Hub, responsible for collaborating and communicating effectively with advising leadership, students, and staff. With rapid growth and change comes the opportunity to take initiative on designing systems that are more efficient and help us develop new and exciting ways to help students reach graduation. This position carries in-person expectations with flexibility for some remote work and a schedule to be determined upon hiring. **Responsibilities** + Coordinates day-to day operations of the Student Success Hub + Manage and maintain student appointment scheduling software and communication systems + Assist with proactive advising communication efforts across the Hub + Manage front desk staff, including training and supervision + Coordinate meetings, schedules, and calendars for various Hub advising needs + Maintains or oversees the maintenance of project records, lists or files. Prepares related reports and performs evaluation of project effectiveness + Manage communications with advising teams + Work closely with Student Success Hub leadership on program implementation + Be an active member of the Student Success Hub team + Supervise current Peer Advising Program + Coordinate travel for program staff + Assist with program budgeting and financial activities + Other duties as assigned **Minimum Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). Four years of progressively more responsible management experience. Background knowledge of hiring department’s area of specialization in order to analyze, plan and draw conclusions for recommendations to superiors. Demonstrated leadership skills in planning and directing employees and processes in order to effectively monitor and develop subordinates and to ensure the smooth operation of department. Completion of provided supervisory training within one year of employment may be required. Master’s degree in a related area may be preferred.
