Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.At least 5 years of experience as an administration manager or in a similar senior administrative role.Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Experience with travel booking systems and fleet management is preferred.Experience in handling visa applications and expat-related matters is highly desirable.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
