Job Description
The Administrative Manager role is responsible for handling communication with customers and transportation to schedule daily TFleet Operations, processing all necessary transactions regarding TFLEET (Approvals, contracts, batching to Augusta). This role will be processing credits and debits through an SAP system, processing requisitions for suppliers, and creating contracts for revenue and non-revenue generated agreements in SAP. Other responsibilities include general office duties as needed, and scanning & indexing batches into document management systems.
