We are seeking an **Associate Administrative Nurse Manager (AANM) – NICU** to join our **Level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)** in Bronx, NY. This full-time leadership role is ideal for an experienced NICU nurse looking to advance in a **collaborative and compassionate** healthcare setting. **Responsibilities:** + Oversee **day-to-day operations** of the NICU in collaboration with the Administrative Nurse Manager + Ensure **quality patient care** and adherence to the hospital policies and procedures. + Participate in **performance improvement and clinical research** activities + Lead **interdisciplinary teams** to assess, plan, and implement patient care + Maintain **professional practice standards and clinical expertise** **Requirements:** + **New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License** + **BSN required, MSN preferred** + **2+ years of NICU experience** (leadership experience as Charge Nurse or higher preferred) + **PALS and NRP certifications** + **Specialty certification in NICU nursing (ANCC certification preferred)** + **Strong leadership, communication, and data management skills** **Compensation & Benefits:** + **Salary:** $135,000 to $135,000/yr. + **Full-time evening shift:** **Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM** + **Every other weekend required** + **Comprehensive benefits package** (Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription) + **Opportunities for career growth** within this state of the art hospital!
