Our client, an independent expert advisory firm, is seeking an organized, proactive Administrative/Office Assistant to support our growing team where you'll support daily office operations, assist executives, and ensure a smooth, efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage vendor relationships and office operations, including liaising with building management.Assist with proposals, reports, presentations, and project-related tasks.Coordinate IT setup for new employees and support office events.Ensure timely, accurate invoicing and collaborate with accounting teams.Provide administrative support, including managing internal meetings, client arrangements, and travel bookings.Maintain office compliance with health and safety protocols.Support recruitment and HR-related processes.Qualifications:
Associate's/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.4+ years of administrative experience; 1+ years in office management.Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online conference tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).Prior experience in a professional services environment is a plus.Customer service experience is beneficial.Benefits: Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
