Adecco is assisting their client with their search for an Administrative Assistant **Type:** 40hrs/wk. Contract **Start Date: 1-2 weeks.** **Location:** KANSAS CITY MO 64120 **Pay: $** **21.00** **Duration: Temp (1year+)** **Shift:** Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm **Description:** Relieve management of administrative detail, all projects Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines Keep projects on schedule Compose correspondence/reports for own or manager’s signature. Research, draft, or abstract reports Prepare quotations for customers Assist with creating financial models. Excellent computer skills with a strong knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are necessary. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **Assist management as an interpreter for Spanish speaking employees.** **Perform other duties as assigned.** **Proficient in English and conversational Spanish** **IMPORTANT:** This job is being recruited for by Adecco’s National Recruitment Center, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
