As the Administrative Offer, you will support the Department of Emergency Preparedness at UCLA Health by providing comprehensive administrative and project management assistance. Working across multiple facilities, you’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, prepare reports and presentations, and maintain key databases. You’ll also assist with budget oversight, disaster kit management, grant applications, and regulatory compliance.
As a liaison between the Director, staff, and external partners, you’ll handle communication with clarity and diplomacy, ensuring seamless operations. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to UCLA Health’s readiness and resilience in safety and emergency preparedness initiatives.
Salary Range: $28.30-54.74 per hour
