Aon Solution Japan is currently recruiting an Administrative Operation for Talent Solution Team. This role has the flexibility to be performed from our Tokyo, Japan office in a hybrid working model. What the day will look like Aon Solutions Japan Co., Ltd. is a leading global consulting firm within the Aon Group, specializing in human resources, retirement, and compensation. This position acquires following responsibilities, but not limited to: Administrative support to Relationship Managers/Consultants on contracts and billing, including arranging sealed applications, mailing or DocuSign, filing and database entry. Secretarial support for the solutions lines including meeting coordination, telephone and visitor screening, supplies and equipment ordering, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement reports, etc. Sales support, including scheduling of appointments, coordination of seminars, meetings, and receptions, drafting of standard contract and simple pricing for contract renewals, etc. Client Relationship Database Management Translation of documents and materials Compliance with Aon's global and local compliance requirements Participation in operational meetings, including event support for the Aon Group Arrangement of new hire onboarding Skills and experience that will lead to success Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, sales, or event support roles Flexibility and a cooperative attitude, with the ability to handle diverse tasks effectively Strong organizational and communication skills, with the capacity to prioritize, coordinate, and meet deadlines efficiently Native-level or fluent Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N1) English proficiency is a plus (familiarity with English or a willingness to learn is preferred) Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
