About the Job:
· Oversee office logistics, from project inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and optimizing operations, including managing external contractors, architects, and vendors.
· Serve as the primary liaison in DC with contractors, architects, engineers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination for office projects and events.
· Manage the office move logistics, including timeline, vendor coordination, and related operations.
· Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and emergency preparedness plans, and maintain inventory levels for office supplies and equipment.
· Plan and execute internal events, coordinate large staff meetings, manage office maintenance, and ensure timely processing of operational expenses and vendor relationships.
About You:
· 5+ years of relevant office management experience are required.
· A bachelor's degree is required.
· Experience managing office move and construction logistics.
· Proactive problem-solver with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
· Technical fluency with Microsoft Office Suite and Concur.
About the Position:
· $40/hr-$43/hr, while temporary
· $87K-$90K, when permanent
· Hours are 9am-5pm.
· 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
