Administrative Pharmaceutical Associate
Adecco is assisting a local client to fill an Administrative Pharmaceutical Associate role in Milton, VT. This is a full-time opportunity with a starting pay rate of $24 per hour! An Administrative Pharmaceutical Associate is primarily responsible for completion of required daily work in the Compliance Department, and for fulfilling other compliance-related duties at both the customer account and company level. This person works collaboratively with team members within the department and will report directly to a Compliance Director. A Compliance Specialist must demonstrate strong attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships, and the ability to quickly adapt, learn, and apply new skills. **Responsibilities for Administrative Pharmaceutical Associate:** + Support all activities related to controlled substances and listed chemicals, including record keeping, reporting, acquisition, storage, and distribution. + Maintain customer diligence files. + Assist with suspicious order monitoring program. + Assist with onboarding prospective accounts. + Assist with vendor communications to schedule customer site visits and obtain customer dispensing data. + Assist with customer communications regarding compliance-related matters. + Maintain a basic knowledge of the Controlled Substances Act, regulations promulgated by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and sub-regulatory guidance provided by DEA. + Maintain a basic knowledge of state legal and regulatory obligations regarding the dispensing and distribution of controlled substances. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Requirements for Administrative Pharmaceutical Associate:** + Pharmaceutical background + High School Diploma (or equivalent). + Basic understanding of controlled substance regulations and compliance requirements. + Ability to communicate with coworkers and customers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner. + Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistency and compliance with internal procedures. + Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to identify errors and offer viable solutions. + Ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to learn and develop an expertise on using ERP and compliance management software.
