Administrative Production Worker

Our Client in South Point OH is seeking a motivated and reliable **Administrative- Production Worker** to join their team on a temporary basis (Est 2 to 6 months) This position offers a dynamic work environment with a combination of administrative duties and hands-on production support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both office tasks, such as filing and documentation, as well as working on the production floor.
**Job Type** : Temporary (2-6 months)
**Pay Rate** : $15.00 per hour
**Work Schedule** :
+ Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
+ Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
**Responsibilities** **:**
+ **Administrative Duties (Half Day in Office)** :
+ Organize and file paperwork accurately.
+ Maintain and update records and documentation.
+ Assist with data entry and clerical tasks as needed.
+ **Production Floor Duties (Half of Day working in Production)** :
+ Work on the production floor for a minimum of 4-5 hours per day.
+ Support production staff with tasks as assigned.
+ Ensure production processes are running smoothly and assist with any required hands-on activities.
**Requirements** **:**
+ Must **pass Harrison Assessment** as part of the hiring process.
+ **Microsoft Office proficiency** (Word and Excel) is required. An assessment will be administered.
+ Ability to work on the production floor for a minimum of 4-5 hours per day.
+ Must be able to perform physical tasks as needed on the production floor.
+ Must **pass pre-employment screening** (background check, drug test, etc.).
**Skills & Qualifications** **:**
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Detail-oriented with excellent filing and documentation capabilities.
+ Ability to adapt to different work environments (office and production floor).
+ Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
+ Prior experience in administrative and/or production roles is a plus.
