Position Summary:
The administrative Professional is responsible for performing office support activities which will include, but is not limited to, supporting Partners and Principals, implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies as directed, and monitoring administrative projects. This individual will represent the firm in a professional manner and will be committed to the success of the business. Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned Partners and Principals including calendar management, e-mail triage, scheduling, meeting assistance, time and expense entry, travel accommodations, billing, event registration and coordination and other needs as assignedGenerate reports for assigned Partners and PrincipalsCoordinate travel and logistics as neededProfessionally and effectively act as the point of contact among Partners, Principals, employees, and clientsFacilitate new client acquisition codes and project set upMaintain expertise in firm billing procedures and software, adhering to strict billing deadlinesCoordinate logistics for meetings and conference calls and communicate details accordinglyAttend and take minutes as requested, providing professional written copies as neededPrint, bind and/or mail materials for internal and external meetings and trainingsAssist in the preparation, proofreading, editing and processing of documents including but not limited to, proposals, correspondence, and client related deliverables in order to produce error free workAssist other administrative staff with overflow typing, mailing projects, and other tasks as needed; cross train and learn other administrative responsibilities to provide backup assistance as needed; provide reception coverage for meals and breaks when neededQualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experienceA minimum of a high school diplomaProficiency in Microsoft Office software inclusive of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointTechnical aptitude to learn new software and programsHours of Operation:
