General Summary
Under general supervision, provides and manages support services for a department. Responsibilities include researching, analyzing, and managing projects with departmental leadership and collaborating with clinical and administrative team members. Plans, develops and manages programs consistent with strategic goals and annual operating plans. Demonstrates leadership and commitment to organizational performance and achievement of organizational goals.

QualificationsEducation and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Finance, and Health Care Administration or a related field is required. Four (4) years of applicable experience may be substituted for education.Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible planning, financial analysis, or strategy development experience. Healthcare-related background is preferred.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to judge the level of confidentiality of information / activities involved in and exhibit integrity in use and/or dissemination of such information.Advanced-level skill in Word programs including spreadsheets (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Smart Sheets), databases, Word processing programs (i.e., Microsoft Word), graphic/specialty (ex: PowerPoint) and related software programs. Ability to teach others and act as a resource of expertise.Ability to develop and evaluate data via use of computer analysis.Excellent organization and problem-solving skills and team leadership skills are required to develop and implement efficient work processes.
