Administrative Resident

Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN is looking for a Summer Administrative Resident to join our Hospital Administration team. The Administrative Resident builds a broad range of healthcare management, administrative, and leadership skills through project work, committee participation, and work assignments. At the direction of a department leader, the Administrative Resident partners to assist in obtaining operational goals, undertaking, coordinating and completing assigned projects, fostering relationships and preparing reports and summaries of activities for the leadership team.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, for 12 weeks in the summer of 2025.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and participant in accredited Master’s Degree program in health care administration.
