software platforms and administrative systems for the Career Center, including primary oversight of the Handshake career management platform, office e-mail, phone, and scheduling systems. Coordinating on-campus and virtual recruiting programs and events, and communicating with campus partners. Monitoring and processing reservation requests for Career Center rooms and conference / presentation spaces. Coordinating with the Student Success Business Office and other campus units to process credit card payments and refunds, build and update Handshake Career Collections, and other administrative support functions.

Prefer direct experience and training with UK campus technology systems. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience Prefer a Bachelor’s degree. Prefer a minimum of 2 years of experience in a college/university setting. Proficiency with Handshake, SAP, or other customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, website content management systems, communications and scheduling systems, and Microsoft 365 applications and programs. Prefer direct experience and training with UK campus technology systems. Experience working with diverse populations. Experience providing service to employers or external stakeholders.
