ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES ASSISTANT (OA)
Summary You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES ASSISTANT (OA) in the REPAIR DEPARTMENT (TRF-320) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY. Responsibilities You will serve as the divisional authority and subject matter expert for all administrative aspects of the division. You will perform time keeping duties. You will create and maintain files and act as the central administrative assistant to the Supervisory Production Superintendent, General Foremen and other divisional personnel. You will provide guidance and paperwork related to employee check in/out procedures, shift change schedules, as well as preparation and submission of vehicle mileage and fuel reports and other various administrative functions of the division. You will serve as the divisional Computer Area Systems Officer (CASO). You will maintain all records and documentation relevant to recruitment actions of the division. You will coordinate assistance relative to staffing and hiring procedures, tracking and coordinating vacancy reports, initiating and submitting Requests for Personnel Action (RPA) for various personnel actions (recruitments, promotions, etc.). You will assist management in compiling all required paperwork and data for submission of RPA requests and communicating to track and process the backfill vacancies within the division. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supports and maintains efforts including timekeeping duties, filling out and processing various administrative and personnel forms, updating recall lists, creating and maintaining personnel and organizational files. Coordinates with Program Managers on Limited Duty Program and Reasonable Accommodation Program ensuring all paperwork for division employees is in compliance with program procedures. Coordinates and monitors all computer related requests and actions as CASO. Responds to information requests on topics related to the mission, objectives, requirements, policy concepts, practices, products, and services of the organization.
