Required License/Registration/Certification None Physical Requirements Sitting for long periods of time Shift Monday – Friday, Day Shift; primarily 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hrs/wk); other hours/schedule as needed Job Summary The Senior Administrative Assistant provides leadership to the Department’s administrative assistants while managing financial duties including the processing of ProCard transactions, updating CDEM and SAP.

This position also provides administrative support to the Department Chair and the Department Administrator.
