Required License/Registration/Certification None Physical Requirements The physical requirements for this position include regularly sitting, standing, walking, with some pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects weighing up to 10lbs and occasional pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects up to 25lbs. Shift Monday – Friday, Day Shift; primarily 8:00AM – 5:00PM (40 hrs/wk); other hours/schedule as needed. Job Summary The Department of Surgery seeks a candidate with high-level administrative responsibilities, including financial oversite and processing, leadership of departmental projects and events. This candidate will understand UK policies and procedures, UK financial processes, and knowledge of grant reporting and research. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities SAP experience, knowledge of research practices, knowledge of financial processes. Proficiency using computers in a Windows environment, including advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel and Tableau. Demonstrated self-discipline and sound, independent judgment. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? Yes Preferred Education/Experience Preferred previous work experience using SAP, Excel, and Procard duties.
