Will work collaboratively with Medical Director, Practice Manager, physicians, technicians, and nursing staff by providing essential information and feedback for the strategic development and implementation of the marketing plan. Promote the various tumor programs by being accessible and service oriented to physicians and others in our regional referral base. Identify strengths and weaknesses in the services provided by the clinic and develop plans to improve service to patients and referring physicians. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Medical terminology, administration. This position is key in enhancing the level of competency in patient care and optimal operations in the clinic. This position will allow effective, efficient integration of all components of Radiation Medicine. This position will use communication and organizational skills to facilitate the multidisciplinary coordination of effort necessary for quality patient care/satisfaction by partnering with physicians, clinical and front desk staff to achieve the desired outcome for our patients/families. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience Bachelors degree plus two or more years administrative experience preferred.
