Job Description

Key Responsibilities

**Supplier Management:** Ensure flawless tracking of office expenses to prevent wasteful spending. Successfully implement cost-efficient solutions through contract renewals and maintenance, including quotation benchmarking and daily communication.**Fixed Assets Management:** Accurately coordinate all aspects of the company's properties, such as cameras, stationery, and snacks, to ensure their effective management and utilization.**Administrative Affairs:** Deliver outstanding support and services internally. Coordinate internal resources and diligently perform administrative tasks to maintain the integrity of the public manufacturing environment and improve the company's image.**Visitor Guide and Safety:** Serve as a welcoming guide for visitors, ensuring their safety and compliance with company policies.**Employee Relations:** Serve as a central point of contact for staff regarding general personnel queries. Coordinate with central support functions to provide advice and mentorship.

Requirements

**Educational Background:** High school diploma or equivalent experience; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.**Experience:** Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced and ambitious environment.**Skills:** Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.**Technical Proficiency:** Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software.
