Job Description:

Join Crowe LLP as a Shared Services Administrative Services Senior Associate where you'll play a crucial role offering extensive support to various Business Units. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including schedule management, meeting organization, project coordination and document preparation. You'll also contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. With a strong focus on sustainability goals, you'll support cultural and religious diversity and dietary requirements, ensuring all processes and practices are sustainable. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a commitment to quality, accuracy, and confidentiality.

 Responsibilities:  

Daily support and administration of a broad range of Administrative Services including schedule management, meeting organization, event support, project coordination, document preparation with editing and proofreading, travel arrangements, report generation, and data management. Create, edit, format, proofread and process reports using the Microsoft Office suite, or utilize other specialized software, using various styles with multiple page layouts, headers/footers, graphs/charts/tables, and mappings and utilizing Firm standards.  Support work and drive standardization related to Administrative Services and related Shared Services processes and procedures; support the standardized application of said processes and procedures across the team and the firm. Utilize tracking systems to ensure all requests and tasks assigned are completed timely. Ensure compliance with Firm and BU specific standards, policies, processes, and deliverable requirements. Ensure consistent and high-quality service deliverables. 

Requirements: 

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an administrative support role.  Background in professional services operations.  Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in business or relevant field preferred.  

Preferred Knowledge and Skills: 

Experience in the professional services industry.  Experience working with client service teams to maintain Firm standards.  Professional presence, positive attitude, and exceptional client service skills.  Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality in all informationAgile and flexible with the ability to demonstrate openness to new challengesHigh energy level and ability to function in fast-paced, high-stress situationsAttention to detail, especially with analyses and written narratives.  

Additional Job Description:    

Ability to work flexible schedules and hours based on project work and peak busy times. Overtime may be expected especially during peak busy times. Ability to travel for training sessions, meetings, or events, as needed. Ability to be on-site.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $45,000.00 - $92,600.00 per year.
