Administrative Services Supervisor - Full Time, AMG Specialty - Hackettstown
Responsible for supervising internal and external administrative support services for the organization. Assigns administrative support personnel to departments, coordinates the flow of work through administrator, tracks performance, and provides feedback. Develops procedures, policies and materials and directs work priorities to improve services. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Effectively communicates staff or practice activity to superiors, supervises back end staff, conducts staff evaluations, trains new staff members, provides leadership or guidance, and acts as a resource to Front Office staff. 2. Ensures compliance in accordance to federal and state regulations. 3. Monitors the work of a team responsible for office upkeep, mail services, communication, secretarial work, custodial operations, or other support services. 4. Coordinates meetings and schedules meeting room or meeting equipment. 5. Prepares and manages reports, manuals, correspondence and other documents using a database or word processing. 6. Prepares practice reports in a timely . 7. Works with other supervisors to coordinate workplace activities with other departments, units or teams. 8. Performs other related duties as assigned. + Responsible for the overall site Supervision + Maintain constant communication with the Practice Manager + Establish & implement effective workflows for the site + Daily Supervision of practice operation such as Revenue Cycle & collections + Monitor/tracking inventory of medical & office supplies + Coordinate & conduct staff meetings & huddles + Monitor patient satisfaction scores for the site + Provides oversite of biweekly employee timesheets & monitor timeclock activities + Coordinate with the PM appropriate staffing for the site + Responsible for appropriate disciplinary actions for TMs as needed + Ensures compliance with all quality & safety rules + Responsible for keeping team informed on any changes/updates as disseminated + Assist & monitor PAs for procedures & testing Required: 1. High School Diploma or GED . Preferred: 1. EMR experience strongly preferred.
