This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening. For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.

Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Administrative Specialist will include: Maintains files, email, and calendars for the supervisor team, email volume for General Managers incoming emails ranges from 200-500 per day Will have over 50 action items in flight at any given time, will be required to maintain the action log Retrieves physical mail and sorts, does maintenance requests for building, orders office supplies Responsible for arranging business travel, coordinating meeting arrangements, catering, and tracking expenses, runs reports

As a Administrative Specialist you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. 10 or more years of relevant experience. Strong software application skills (Outlook, Word, Notes, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) to prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
