Summary You will serve as an Administrative Specialist at the GG-12 grade level responsible for providing direct support to Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service (DISES) Tier II leadership at U.S. Fleet Cyber Command/U.S. Responsibilities You will serve as the Executive Assistant to the Director, Navy Cryptologic Office. You will review, analyze, and control all NCO executive-level correspondence. You will utilize analysis and knowledge of organization, programs, missions, and functions to develop, recommend, and implement strategies, plans, and policies to ensure effective and efficient operations. You will guide NCO leadership and team in obtaining and making effective use of administrative, manpower, training, and logistical support resources to manage the team's operations. You will manage the capture/documentation and submission of mission-essential materials to the Service Cryptologic Component (SCC) knowledge base and devises file structures to facilitate cataloging. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as: 1. Plan, coordinate, manage, and conduct day-to-day administrative work for the Executive Director. 2. Manage, arrange, and facilitate various conferences, meetings, committees as necessary in support of the department. 3. Perform analytical and administrative work in supporting members involved in a variety of professional and administrative functions.
