HX5 is currently seeking a senior Administrative Specialist for Headquarters, Air Force Material Command’s A4/10 Director of Technology at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Track and document action items and use the Task Management Tracker (TMT) or similar system, to manage incoming and outgoing organizational suspenses. Coordinate/manage key personnel calendars and shared facility resources such as conference rooms and meeting spaces. Assist with key leader travel planning and scheduling. Ensure the organization's program and functional training are up-to-date Review correspondence for grammatical/formatting errors and compliance with business rules. Maintain Enterprise Information Management (EIM) sites, supporting data exchange while assisting the division site manager in content management.Education and/or Experience
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience. Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) years’ experience OR … High School Diploma and Ten (10) years’ of directly related experience. Department of Defense experience preferred. Must have extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)Other Position Requirements
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position. Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
