The Job:

As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Plant. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, supplies, and facilities are functioning properly and accessible to all employees. You will manage vendor relationships, control costs, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Compass II (A subsidiary of Stanley Black and Decker) operates at VSIP 1, 35 Dai Lo Doc Lap, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An, Binh Duong. The working hours for this position are 48 hours per week.

You'll get to:

Physical security, including CTPAT, CCTV & Access control.Purchase stationery supplies while controlling costs and dispatching supplies to the appropriate departmentsImplement uniform policies and procedures, ensure timely dispatch of uniforms, and manage the order and dispatch processMaintain the bulletin boards and ensure they are up to dateOversee car dispatch and driver managementManage employee meals, including vendor control, meal cost, and cost allocationManage cleaning tasks, including plant common area cleaning, landscape maintenance, vendor control, and office supplies purchase and controlDocument incoming and outgoing communicationsBook and manage office meeting roomsMonitor E&O and Scrap process to ensure compliance with the company and lawsSupport engagement activities, training sessions

Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized college

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in the same roleProficient in using Microsoft OfficeAbility to multitask, work independentlyExperience with EPE manufacturing environment is a MUST

Skills and Personality:

Good communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.Upper immediate to advanced English skillsA can-do, positive attitude, high level of attention and accuracy on detailed work tasks, and ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment.
