Altaquip, founded in 1997, has become one of the largest providers of commercial and consumer equipment service in the U.S. We offer services on a number of product categories, such small engine repair and outdoor power and lawn maintenance. Altaquip services over 100 manufacturer’s brands including Craftsman, Briggs & Stratton, Toro, Caterpillar, Husqvarna, Ariens, Generac, EGO, Greenworks and MTD, to name a few.The Administrative Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely billing and work order creation. In addition, they will maintain the filing and other administrative tasks that are required to run an efficient office and provide a consistent and excellent service experience to the customer.
Primary Responsibilities
Accurately invoice all labor and parts for each repair created dailyRetrieve and return phone messages as requiredProduce work orders from delivery logs for each unit picked up dailyProvide professional customer service and answer phones in a timely, courteous, and professional mannerFiling as requiredUpdate delivery logs at the end of each business dayOther Responsibilities
