Education, Experience, Licensing Minimum Requirements: + Requires any combination of education and/or experience equivalent to graduation from high school or GED and one year of experience in customer service, or administration, preferably in code enforcement, contractor licensing, or a closely related field. Preferred Requirements: + Familiarity with code compliance and regulatory procedures. + Strong customer service skills, with experience handling public inquiries and providing knowledgeable responses. Supplemental Information + Strong organizational and multitasking skills. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Proficient in computer software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint. + Familiarity with office equipment such as computers, copiers, printers, and scanners. + High attention to detail and accuracy. The work hours and days for this position are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
