Administrative Specialist I

Our Client, an Electric Power And Gas Distribution Operations company, is looking for an Administrative Specialist I for their Plainfield, IN/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
+ Will support the nearly 50 personnel in the MW Transmission project management group.
+ Specific duties are purchase requestion creation, CAPS processing, ordering office supplies, creating facilities tickets, maintain various logs such as RFQ tracking and change order logs.
+ This person also organizes PM meetings, assists in safety meetings and supports managers and directors with PowerPoint and Vizio documents.
+ Additionally, this person supports other groups as needed such as Work Management, Siting Permitting & Engagement
+ At this level, the worker has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience.
+ Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail.
+ Maintains files and calendars.
+ Responsible for arranging business travel, coordinating meeting arrangements, and tracking expenses.
Requirements:
+ 0-5 years’ experience working as administrative support.
+ Experienced managing calendar, organizing meeting, arranging travel requirements etc.
+ Uses business software applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
+ High School Diploma/GED
