Functions include a diversity of records, reports, and filing activities, public contact, answering telephone, directing calls to appropriate person and taking messages. Good communication skills are necessary. Position will process payroll, inventory, purchase orders, and accounts payable through SAP; personnel and other office duties such as typing correspondence, filing and handling of incoming and outgoing mail. Must have knowledge and use of office equipment and related computer technology (Microsoft Windows, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and SAP).
