Administrative Support Essential Responsibilities 

Support the growth of the company through data entry, documentation, communication, and schedulingAnswering phones and directing calls appropriatelyScheduling appointments and planning meetingsCreating and managing written communicationUsing printers, scanners, and other office-related technologyDrafting documentsAssisting various departments in the planning and execution of projectsConduct research as neededOther duties upon request

Administrative Support Necessary Qualifications 

Strong communication and organizational skillsStrong mathematical skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritizeEagerness to learnComputer savvy. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel) and Outlook.Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software applications.Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal formatsAbility to work well in a team environment while also working independently for periods throughout the dayValid and clean NYS driver's license to make trips to the bank and post office as needed
