Job Title: Administrative SupportJob Description Join our Procurement team and provide essential administrative support. This role involves handling daily mail, documents, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities + Counting, opening, identifying, sorting, logging, uploading, and scanning all assigned daily mail, faxes, or keys. + Assisting with the daily shipment of documents/keys. + Pulling files and preparing folders consisting of titles, salvage titles, power of attorney's, and other support documentation. + Handling inbound call volume if/when the need arises. + Assisting with locating lost documents if necessary. + Conducting quality reviews of files for accuracy, ensuring all required/executable documents have been procured and that the file is ready for billing. + Communicating with internal employees and some clients or vendors via email (2-5 calls a day if needed). Essential Skills + Administrative support experience. + Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. + Experience with filing and mailroom operations. + Customer service skills. + Data entry and file processing experience. + Ability to multitask effectively, such as working on dual screens, processing paperwork, and communicating with customers or internal employees via email. + High School Diploma or GED minimum. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Good job tenure with a stable work history. + Ability to handle working in a fast-paced environment. + 1+ years of customer service experience (call center, administrative, or retail; ideally from companies like Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Target, cell phone stores, etc.). Work Environment This position is onsite with no work-from-home option. The work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with potential for some overtime. The environment is carpeted and cubicle-based with strict attendance policies. The dress code is business casual; acceptable attire includes jeans, joggers, khakis, slacks, polos, nice blouses, plain sweaters, or sweaters/long sleeves with university or sports team logos, and closed-toed shoes.
