Job Description Enlyte is excited to offer a Part-Time Administrative Support position at our Wayne, PA office location. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible, part-time opportunity in a professional office environment working 4 hours a day. In the Administrative Support role, you'll be responsible for: Providing administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details. Coordinating messages, appointments, information to callers, file maintenance Maintaining office supplies and ordering when needed Assisting with project coordination and scheduling Sorting and distributing incoming mail and operating mail equipment for outgoing mail Managing the calendar for internal use of conference rooms. Maintaining the order and cleanliness of the reception area, lobby, conference rooms, and food handling materials. Photocopying, sorting, and filing documents. Understanding and navigating the different departments, branches, and subsidiaries of Enlyte Qualifications Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent Skills and Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support role Prior knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to lift up to 65 pounds occasionally Standing and walking throughout the office to perform various duties Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail Ability to learn new software and systems quickly Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits We’re committed to supporting your ultimate well-being through our total compensation package offerings that support your health, wealth and self. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $17.50 - $19.25 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
