Join our dynamic procurement team as an Administrative Support professional. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient handling of daily mail, documents, and communication tasks. This position offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and performance incentives.
ResponsibilitiesCount, open, identify, sort, log, upload, and scan all assigned daily mail, faxes, or keys.Assist with the daily shipment of documents and keys.Pull files and prepare folders consisting of titles, salvage titles, power of attorney, and other support documentation.Assist with handling inbound call volume as needed.Help locate lost documents if necessary.Conduct quality reviews of files for accuracy, ensuring all required documents are procured and the file is ready for billing.Communicate with internal employees and some clients or vendors via email, with occasional phone calls (2-5 calls a day).Essential SkillsExperience in administrative support, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, filing, and mailroom operations.Strong customer service skills with at least 1+ years of experience in a call center, administrative, or retail environment.Data entry and file processing skills.Ability to multi-task, such as working on dual screens, processing paperwork, and communicating via email.Good job tenure with stable work history.High School Diploma or GED minimum.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge and experience working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.Experience from industries such as healthcare, telecommunications, or fast-casual restaurants is preferred.Work Environment
This position is onsite, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with some flexibility in schedule. The work environment includes a carpeted, cubical setting with a strict attendance policy. The dress code is business casual, allowing jeans (without holes or rips), khakis, slacks, polos, nice blouses, plain sweaters, and closed-toed shoes. Full business attire is not required, but professional appearance is expected.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00
