Job Title: Administrative Support
Duration: 6+ month contract

Job Overview:
Growing O&G midstream services company is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Support team member to join our Major Projects team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This is a dynamic role, providing key administrative support to our project management team, suppliers, and management, ensuring smooth project operations and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Major Projects team, including project documentation, reporting, and data management. Manage and update project-related documents, schedules, and resources, ensuring all information is accurate and current. Coordinate with project management, suppliers, and management to facilitate smooth communication and project flow. Assist with cost control, logistics, expediting, procurement support, and accounts payable processes. Create and manage reports using Excel and other project management tools. Support the implementation of tools like Power BI, Oracle, SharePoint, and Power Automate as needed. Help track and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Act as a liaison between different teams to resolve issues and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality in all administrative duties.
Minimum Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, suppliers, and management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. High level of dependability and accountability.
Preferred Experience: Previous experience in engineering or construction projects. Familiarity with project cost control, documentation, logistics, expediting, procurement support, and accounts payable processes. Experience with Power BI, Oracle, SharePoint, Power Automate, or similar tools. Previous work experience in a project-driven or fast-paced environment.
Role is onsite M-F, 730am-430pm while training. Hybrid schedule afterwards (M/T/Th onsite, W/F remote)
Compensation depending on experience, targeting $22-25/hr
