Administrative Support Analyst II

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Analyst II to primarily support our contingent, based on award, upcoming program. Seniority of this role: Mid-level, Level II

Clearance Required for this role: Secret

Requirements:

HS Diploma/Equivalent 3-5 years of experience

Responsibilities:

Performs secretarial, administrative, or human resources support Perform general office support, event planning and administration Provides administrative/technical typing, word processing, and the use of office automation tools, such as MS Office Suite (includes the management of calendar events of senior managers) Performs varied duties in accordance with standard procedures, requiring independent judgment and knowledge and the exercise of initiative to achieve work goals Coordinates the completion of assignments with Senior Analyst and/or other departments and staff
