Administrative Support Analyst III

**Amentum** is currently seeking an **Administrative Support Analyst III** to support the PM Soldier Survivability (PM SSV) project office under Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier, **Fort Belvoir, VA** . This position will afford you an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and cohesive team whose mission is to provide and rapidly deliver enhanced protection, individual equipment, and aviation life support capabilities, which provides combat overmatch and facilitates mission execution.

**As an Administrative Support Analyst III,** **you will be expected to provide the following support to the Project Manager Soldier Survivability:**
+ Provides senior executive level secretarial and administrative travel support, and human resources support for the PM and others as necessary.
+ Handles sensitive or confidential information.
+ Manage PM calendar using MS Outlook.
+ Performs in a leadership role in providing administrative and general office support.
+ Prepares a variety of documents, such as: correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, etc., using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software.
+ Advises writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications.
+ Trains lower-level administrative support analyst.
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma/ Equivalent and five (5) years’ or more of experience.
+ Proficient in MS Office Suite of Software.
+ Familiar with Defense Travel System.
**Required Clearance:**
+ ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Government Clearance.
