Join our Publix Technology Services team as an Administrative Support and Time Administrator.

Responsibilities:Serve as the department time administrator by ensuring hourly associates are paid for the correct amount of work hours.Ensure the department’s time records remain in compliance with Corporate’s document retention requirements.Review, approve and process Time Off Requests for monthly and hourly associates.Create weekly and monthly time reports for management review.Run monthly BW Metric Reports in SAPCoordinate associate onboarding for new hires, transfers, and promotions. Coordinate off boarding for associates leaving Technology Services.Verify and process vendor invoices using SAP, including validating costs and completion of work.Coordinate travel arrangements; including commercial airline, rental cars, company cars, shuttles, hotels, etc. Collaborate with the travel department as needed.Assist in the daily operation of the Technology Services department by assisting technicians with various questions/situations, processing correspondence, filing personnel related items, and processing incoming and providing general office administrative support.
